After losing the toss Eastern Cape were put in to bat, Adam Rossington (35*) opening strong as the onslaught from Super Giants bowlers came in.
Reece Topley (2/20) removed Temba Bavuma and Jordan Hermann both for nought, swinging momentum in Super Giants favour.
