England have registered a thumping win over India in the Semi Finals and have entered the Final match where they will be facing the challenge of Pakistan.

The top run scorer for England is Alex Hales with 211 runs to his name.

England have beaten India comprehensively by 10 wickets in the Semi Finals.

India batted first and went through a very sedate start. 2 wickets including that of Rohit Sharma fell early on in the innings. Virat Kohli played his usual game and consumed too many deliveries for his 50. Suryakumar Yadav failed and Hardik Pandya scored a good looking 63 off 33 balls. On the back of his knock, India were able to cross the 160 run mark and reach 168 for 6 in 20 overs.

During the chase, England went all guns blazing from ball one. They smashed the Indian bowlers to all parts of the ground and took their team into a winning position. Alex Hales scored 86 runs off 47 balls while Jos Buttler played a magnificent knock of 80 in 49 balls. Both these batters remained not out and took their team home in the 16th over with 10 wickets in hand.

During the chase, Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam started off well and stitched a partnership of 105 runs for the first wicket. Babar Azam got out after scoring 53 runs. Mohammad Rizwan was also dismissed at 57. Mohammad Haris finished the match for his team as he scored 30 in 26 balls to take Pakistan home in the 20th over with 7 wickets in hand.
