New Zealand  secured a 21-run victory over Pakistan in the 2nd T20I match of their tour. After winning the toss, Pakistan chose to bowl first.

New Zealand made a strong start, scoring 65 runs in the powerplay. Finn Allen was the standout performer, scoring 81 runs, while Devon Conway contributed with 20 runs. The partnership between Allen and Daryl Mitchell added 78 runs to the total. Mitchell Santner provided a quickfire 25 runs at the death.
