The Dennis FT interchangeable cassette system is the ideal cricket wicket mower and cricket square mower used by groundsmen at test match venues, hundreds of first class and local cricket grounds, as well as many schools and colleges and is widely recognised as the preferred mower of choice when seeking that first class finish…every time.
Available with a choice of 20” or 24” cutting widths and eleven different cassette options this cricket mower for the wicket and square offers maximum machine versatility from one power unit. In approximately 20 seconds the cutting cassette can be removed and replaced with a scarifier, verticutter, brush, sorrel roller or slitter. The revolutionary “click system” ensures simple accurate height of cut control in 0.5mm increments without the need for any tools. The machine has easy to use controls, a 3 section rear roller that makes turning easy without turf damage and a unique roller clutch enabling a variable clip rate for that ultimate finish on cricket tables. The Dennis FT is so versatile that a groundsman can rely upon just one machine to prepare the match pitch and work across the square bringing new strips up to playing standard and renovating those previously used.
As well as the cassette system, Dennis also offers a dedicated cricket wicket mower and cricket square mower. The Razor Ultra 560 has a 22” cutting width, 11 blade cutting cylinder with an ultra short wheelbase for fine cutting. This cricket pitch mower incorporates the simple “click system” height of cut control allowing a cut as low as 1.6mm and has a simple to operate adjustable tungsten tipped groomer to help reduce thatch allowing for a faster pitch. This dedicated wicket and square mower can be supplied without the groomer if requested.
For groundsmen looking for a larger cricket square mower but requiring the versatility of a cassette system, the G860, G760 and G660 have 34”, 30” and 26” cutting widths respectively .All three machines have a choice of 11 different cassettes that can be changed over in 60 seconds, providing ultimate flexibility such as cutting, brushing and verticutting. Hi comfort fully adjustable trailer seats are available.
The Dennis Premier is a superbly balanced cricket square mower available in both 30” and 36” cutting widths with either a petrol or diesel electric start engine. The machine has a 6 blade cutting cylinder and also comes available with a choice of two high comfort seat options.
