Players in Birmingham Bears like Moeen Ali and Glenn Maxwell will join after the IPL season ends. However, they have power hitters in their team including Paul Stirling and Sam Hain who can take the bowlers on in the powerplay overs. Hasan Ali will spearhead the bowling department for the Bears.

Most of the top players of Lancashire Lightning including Liam Livingstone and Phil Salt are currently giving services in the ongoing IPL. They are expected to join after their commitments are over in India.
Lightning have added two extraordinary players to their squad namely Daryl Mitchell and Colin de Grandhomme, both of whom can pack a punch and deliver in tough conditions.
Lancashire Lightning look a strong side and they are expected to go a long way in the competition.

1. Daryl Mitchell - He has been very consistent for his national team. Mitchell can play both pacers and spinners equally well. He judges the match situation very well and adapts his game accordingly.

Derbyshire Falcons have included Haider Ali and Zaman Khan into their squad which adds variety in both the departments for them.
Players to look out for:
1. Haider Ali- His T20 record in England is simply fantastic. If Ali gets going in the tournament, the opposition teams will find it hard to contain Derbyshire Falcons.
2. Zaman Khan - After performing superbly in the recently concluded PSL, Khan will be eyeing Vitality Blast T20 to leave some memorable performances.
